MILAN - "If they ask me to stay at Inter and finish my career here, I will sign tomorrow," Hernan Crespo told SkyItalia after Friday morning's training session at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti.
"Ears are made for hearing. If Abramovich listens a bit to me and a bit to Massimo Moratti, we can reach a good conclusion. Abramovich wanted to give me this chance to return to Inter last summer, and he did it to do me a favour. I'm hoping for the same ending this summer because I have already given to Chelsea, so I hope to stay here, at Inter."
Besides his transfer situation, the Argentine striker also spoke about Sunday's match against his former side Parma. "Thousands of nice memories bind me to the club and the Emilian city, but from the moment I go on the pitch I will give my all for Inter," Crespo said.
"Starting from next week I will be certainly supporting Parma in their fight to stay up, but I won't be doing them any favours right now.
"And If I score, I will be doing so for the good of Inter."
