MILAN - After celebrating Inter's sixteenth Scudetto with the club's staff at the training ground yesterday, Javier Zanetti and Esteban Cambiasso made the short trip to Milan for the end-of-year party of the Leoni di Potrero charity association, a project the two Argentines launched in September 2007 to help young children with social isolation problems and motor coordination difficulties.
"We are very happy and proud to have recaptured the Scudetto, and we deserved it because we were on top of the table for practically the whole season," they said.
"We're not interested in the disputes or all the things that were said; we're thinking about Saturday's match against Roma and the chance we have to win another trophy. We will be calm and concentrated going to Rome, convinced we can do well.
"It will be a nice game and we hope the crowd will enjoy it and participate in a celebration of sport."
