A product of Inter's youth system, Orlandoni spent eight years on loan at various Serie B and C clubs before becoming first-choice keeper for Reggina in the season they won promotion to Italy's second division.
He transferred to Piacenza in 2001, remaining until 2005, the year he returned to Inter.
Currently Inter's third goalkeeper, Paolo made his Serie A debut in an away match against Cagliari on 4 May 2006.
