STREAMING HELP

If you have problems following our live audio/video events please follow the indications below.

Required Player
The latest version of Apple QuickTime Player is required to see our audio/video streaming. Click here to download QuickTime for free: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Streaming velocity
The video streaming can be seen with any internet connection; even a 56Kb modem can connect successfully.

Problems seeing streaming?
If you cannot see the streaming you will most likely have to manually configure QuickTime as follows:

Launch QuickTime Player, select "Edit" then "QuickTime Preferences" as indicated here:

Select "Transport Streaming" from drop-down menu.

Select "Use HTTP" and indicate Transmission Port as 7070:

Close QuickTime Player and try accessing the streaming again.

Still can't see the streaming?
If you have correctly followed all the above indications and you still cannot see the streaming then the problem is most probably a firewall. You will need to check with your ISP.
