MILAN - Giuseppe Favalli is an Inter player. Born on 8 January 1972 in Orzinuovi, Brescia province, the former Lazio captain is one of the twenty-three players called up to Giovanni Trapattoni's Italy squad for Euro2004.

Left-back Favalli has made 357 appearances (5 goals) in the Serie A, 57 appearances in European cup competitions and 53 appearances (2 goals) in the Italian Cup.

After five seasons at Cremonese from 1987/88 to 1991/92 (current Inter assistant coach Corrado Verdelli was his teammate in 1990/91 and Great Inter legend Tarcisio Burgnich was coach), Favalli joined Lazio. In twelve seasons with the Biancocelesti he won a Scudetto, three Italian Cups, two Italian Super Cups, a Cup Winners' Cup and a European Super Cup.
