Pelé signs for Inter

Portuguese Under-21 international Vitor Hugo Gomes Passos pens five-year deal with Nerazzurri

MILAN - F.C. Internazionale have completed the signing of Vitor Hugo Gomes Passos, also known as Pelé. The contract was registered at the Italian Football League's offices this afternoon.

The Portuguese Under-21 international midfielder, who turns 20 next month, joins Inter on a permanent deal from Vitoria Sport Clube de Guimaraes.

Pelé, who underwent a medical before signing a five-year contract until 30 June 2012, arrived at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti this afternoon for his first training session with the Nerazzurri.

He will wear the number 30 shirt.
