MILAN - Inter were held to a 0-0 draw by AC Milan in Saturday's Campionato Primavera clash at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti.
Over two thousand fans packed the academy's training ground to watch the first Under-19 derby of the season.
The Nerazzurri had the better chances of a balanced encounter. In the 11th minute Aiman Napoli stole in to convert after Pedrelli's right-wing cross-shot came back off the post, but the goal was disallowed for offside.
