Under-17s defeated: thanks all the same

Nunzio Zavettieri's youngsters lose 3-1 to Fiorentina in Campionato Allievi Nazionali final

PAGANI - Inter's Under-17 team lost 3-1 to Fiorentina in the final of the Campionato Allievi Nazionali. Italy Under-17 striker Simone Dell'Agnello scored for Nunzio Zavettieri's defending national champions.

The Nerazzurri showed great spirit and determination in their attempt to retain the title, and can look ahead to next season with confidence after a successful campaign in which they won their division with 22 wins from 26 matches on their way to the playoffs.
