Appiano: training ahead of Lazio


60-minute session for the Nerazzurri. Coutinho, Forlan and Stankovic working separately

APPIANO GENTILE - The team have just finished their second training session in preparation for the 2011/12 Serie A Week 19 game against Lazio, to be played tomorrow, Sunday 22 January 2012, at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in San Siro (20:45).

After warming up, the players worked on the main pitch at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti for approximately 60 minutes, doing speed work, tactical and ball possession drills, before ending with a practice match.

Philippe Coutinho, Diego Forlan and Dejan Stankovic trained separately. Sulley Muntari is at the Africa Cup of Nations with Ghana and Lorenzo Crisetig has joined up with the Primavera team, while Paolo Tornaghi is spending two weeks in the United States with Chicago Fire.

Claudio Ranieri's pre-match press conference will start in a few minutes time. You can watch it streamed live on inter.it.

This evening the team will meet up at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti for the pre-match retreat.
