UDINE - Mario Monti's Inter Giovanissimi Nazionali side beat Palermo 1-0 in Udine this afternoon to become Italian champions.

Anzelmo (whose hat-trick against Atalanta saw Inter through to the final) decided the match against the Sicilians with the winner in the opening minutes.

The Scudetto is the Giovanissimi Nazionale's third following successes in 1988 and 1997.
