TREASURY SPECIALIST

The Club is looking for a Treasury Specialist who, reporting to the Treasury Manager, is responsible to manage operations related to the treasury function, including bank reconciliation and inflow and payment processing.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Following the flow of payment from the authorization to the bank transfer
  • Manage bank accounts and monitoring the movements
  • Following the flow of inflow and the reconciliation
  • Ensure that effective financial procedures and controls are in place
  • S/he is actor in the new projects to automatize the flow of treasury department
  • To support the development of new ERP of treasury to pay suppliers, daily cash management, PFN, bank reconciliation
  • Day by day balance

 

Key Dimensions

  • Payments authorization of about 40 cost centers
  • Bank reconciliation and monitoring of 5 different banks
  • Reconciliation of inflows for about € 200M

 

Qualifications

The Club is looking for an IT web developer Intern, who will be part of the Information Technology department.

Web developer responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.

The goal is to be responsible for maintaining the existing software solutions and providing support when required.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Front-end template building
  • Back-end framework development
  • Integration of various internal web based software
  • Working with the Senior Developer and Digital Team Leader to deliver large scale projects within set time scales
  • Taking initiative to research and learn emerging technologies
  • Trouble shoot any issues or system problems which arise
  • Working on projects with set timescales and deliverables;

Qualifications

  • Practical experience working for a commercial company
  • Confident with PHP 5 and MySQL 5
  • OOP experience an advantage
  • High-level XHTML, HTML5 and CSS skills
  • Experience with LAMP would be beneficial but training will be provided
  • Good hand coding skills in JavaScript, with knowledge of jQuery
  • Experience with Symphony and Word Press would be beneficial

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

The Club is looking for a Commercial Operations Executive. The role is designed to support all of the international sales initiatives from the Club and also serve as a central point between the domestic and international teams to ensure consistency and organization. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Design customized partner proposals for new prospects ensuring that pricing and packaging is in line with other brands within the category
  • Liaise with the CRM team to integrate existing work into the new technology system Work with the Performance management team to understand market trends, value propositions and ROI measurement for key categories
  • Work with all of the sales executives across all offices to ensure accurate and up to date tracking of information
  • Responsible for the production of protocol Items and sales collateral such as the annual sponsorship books
  • VIP experience design and delivery for local and international events geared towards perspective clients
  • Strategy and Research for new initiatives – Appiano naming rights, Training kit, Youth Sector naming rights.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experiences in a sales organization
  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills a must
  • Experience with Salesforce and similar CRM tools
  • Ability to work quickly and deliver against short timelines
  • Fluency in English and Italian a must

SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR

The Club is looking for a Special Events Coordinator, responsible for wide event planning, production and delivery, for liaison with internal and external stakeholders, close management of budgets, full logistical elements.  While the primary work will be focused on venue related activities for season ticket holders, corporate hospitality clients and Inter Club members, this role will plan and activate events across the entire commercial department including marketing, sponsor activities, academy events and tour matches in Italy.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing all elements of the event production process
  • Managing internal & external negotiations, liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assisting with proposing and selecting contractors for the events. 
  • Ensuring budgets are controlled and as agreed by senior management 

Main Accountabilities

  • Provide strategic proposals, event plans and cost estimates for events in a timely manner
  • Serve as liaison to all contractors and departments as needed for events
  • Participate in event planning meetings for other departments as required
  • Develop and create event documents to communicate with all departments regarding operational needs and ensure that all requirements are met for all events;
  • Negotiate supplier and vendor contracts as required
  • Develop and maintain post event summary and correspondence as required for all events
  • Assist in the process and tracking of the operations budget including the reconciliation of invoices, report processing and recommendations
  • Serve as a resource to other departments on events outside of facility
  • Assist as required at team events;
  • To build, develop, manage and maintain effective relationships with key customers, stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Ensure we maintain and improve the processes and procedures within the department and company and identify and solve issues that may arise
  • To ensure the highest standards of health and safety at the Stadium
  • To be flexible and to perform other duties as required by the Venue Commercial Director & Head of Stadium Revenue

  • Previous experience of holding a key event position

The Club looking for a Digital user-experience Specialist, reporting to the Digital Project Maager, responsible for conceiving and conducting user researches, interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes aimed to achieve the target of our internal customer.

Qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments with deep understanding of mobile user experience and responsive design, customer journey, both in Italy and abroad.
  • Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Axure, UX Pin, InVision is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work with both internal and external clients to understand detailed requirements, prototype and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to teams and clients and iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Be passionate about all things UX, strong interest toward IOT and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
