Our selection process starts when the candidate registers on the ‘Work with us’ portal and applies to a specific vacancy or spontaneous application. All CV’s received are read and analyzed by our HR Team and profiles that match the opportunities are called for an aptitude and technical interview. In addition to an initial interview aimed at assessing soft skills, motivation to join our teams and a good knowledge of English, the candidate may be asked to complete an assessment, based on their seniority and position to which they are applying. The following technical interview, led by the head of function, will allow the candidate to identify the specialist skills of the department in which they wish to integrate. The candidate may be presented with specific business cases that allow them to get involved in practical cases related to future activities. Upon successful completion of the selection process, the candidate will receive an offer and will embark on an exciting adventure!

LEGAL TRAINEE

The Company aims at reinforcing the legal department in the context of an overall development and growth path of the Group.  In such a scenario, in which new commercial activities might be undertaken, the degree of complexity to be dealt with and support required are expected to increase accordingly.  The candidate is expected to provide mainly assistance to the existing team in managing day-by-day internal activities and process, whereas support shall be wide range and allow the candidate to enter into contact with several aspects and tasks covered by the department. Ideally, drafting of certain minor licensing, merchandising and media rights agreements will be – in time – be a primary duty of the candidate. No direct management and supervision of sport-related legal matters is envisaged. 

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Supervising the contractual approval process, reviewing final drafts and preparing execution copies;

  • Supervising signature process and bureaucracy activities; 

  • Drafting ordinary legal documents (for instance image rights disclaimers, authorizations, delegation letters, verifications letters and potentially preparing the first draft of more complex agreements) under the supervision of the tutor; 

  • Populating the legal department archive, both physical and digital  

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master degree in Italian law (achieved or to be achieved in no more than 12 months); 

  • Working proficiency in English language (experience abroad is appreciated); 

  • Inclination to deal with challenging environment in an international context; 

  • Capability to cope with non-lawyers colleagues; 

  • Curiosity and interest in deepening legal aspects in connection with day-by-day activities of a sports company.
