INTER BEAT AL ITTIHAD 2-1

APPIANO GENTILE - Inter beat 2004 AFC Champions League winners and Arabian Cup holders Al Ittihad 2-1 in Thursday morning's sixty-minute training match, played in front of approximately 300 fans at Angelo Moratti Sports Centre.

Luis Figo put Inter ahead in the fourth minute with a shot into the top corner after dribbling an opponent on the right wing, then Lampros Choutos doubled on 22 minutes with a headed goal. Ex-Nerazzurri player Mohamed Kallon pulled one back from the penalty spot on 26 minutes.
