MILAN - Hernan Crespo scored his 12th of the season as Inter came from behind to hold Udinese in Serie A Week 26. "Football is made up of episodes, and not all of them went in our favour today," the Argentine forward told Sky Italia.
"Udinese played a good game and took the lead; we pushed really hard but didn't manage to score more than one goal."
Crespo will miss Saturday's trip to Livorno through automatic suspension after his yellow against the Bianconeri. "I never dive, the referee made two decisions I don't agree with," he said. "It might not have been a penalty when I was booked, but I fell after contact with an opponent, so it wasn't even a yellow card. And in the second instance, I was pushed.
"We must always try to win, and we can afford to take a few risks considering our position in the table. We do it to honour the shirt we wear and our splendid fans. We will try to win all our matches; the fans will be happy with our desire to win."
