Training in the morning ahead of departure for Sheffield

APPIANO GENTILE - The Nerazzurri trained this morning before the trip to Sheffield for tomorrow night’s friendly against Sheffield United. 

Before the session, the players were in the video room. There was then time for gym work with a warm-up on the exercise bikes and injury-prevention exercises. Then, the team headed out onto the pitch for ball possession work with five goals around the perimeter of the pitch defended by four goalkeepers.

The main part of the session focused on tactics. To finish, there was a high intensity match on a small-size pitch.
