The former goalkeeper, who won one Scudetto and two Coppa Italia titles with Inter at the end of the 1970s, has sadly passed away

MILAN – Renato Cipollini has passed away at 73. Born in Codogno on 27 August 1945, the former goalkeeper played for Inter during the 1977 season and then from 1979 to 1982, picking up 21 appearances and winning one Scudetto and two Coppa Italia titles in the process. He was the understudy to Ivano Bordonfor a long time but started the final of the 1978 Coppa Italia against Napoli as Inter emerged victorious.
