The Nerazzurri wideman was once again on the scoresheet in the draw at San Siro: "We were poor in the first half but better after the restart"
MILAN - Antonio Candreva continues to cover kilometres and perform excellently. After scoring against Borussia Dortmund, the Italian scored Inter’s opener against Parma. It wasn’t enough, however, to get the better of D’Aversa’s side. After the match, the wideman spoke to Inter TV: “We’ve drawn a game that we needed to win. After a poor first half, we did better after the restart. There’s regret at having only picked up one point from the game.
“My personal performances are pleasing, but only up to a certain point if the team don’t secure wins. We’re disappointed and angry. We won’t be looking for excuses, we could have managed the match better when we took the lead. We then went behind and didn’t win despite a good second half. Now, the game against Brescia will be complicated, we need to recuperate and focus on Tuesday from tomorrow.”
