MILAN – In the 2019/20 season, Antonio Conte’s Inter scored 113 goals across all competitions, in Serie A, the Coppa Italia, the Champions League and the Europa League, setting a new Club record for a single season since the Serie A started operating as a round-robin tournament in 1929-30. Some of these goals, just like the celebrations which followed, were among the most iconic moments of the season. Among others, it would be hard to forget Esposito embracing his mother after scoring his first Serie A goal for the Nerazzurri, Candreva’s joy after his sublime goal against Lecce in our first match of the season, and D’Ambrosio’s spiderman celebration after scoring crucial goals. Equally unforgettable were the moment when Lukaku and Lautaro ran hand in hand in jubilation and the iconic gestures from the Belgian striker throughout the season.
An emotional round-up of the Nerazzurri’s joy from a strong season.
