INTER x KARTELL love Milano

MILAN - Inter are celebrating their Milanese heritage by once again teaming up with Kartell, the flagship Milan-based design company known throughout the world. Following the 2011 "K loves Milano" project which led to the creation of the Inter custom edition custom TRIX sofa, these two historic brands have joined forces for a second time.

To coincide with the occasion of the Milan derby, scheduled for Saturday 5 February at 18:00 CET, the Hall of Fame Club room in the stadium will be entirely fitted out with Kartellfurnishings designed and tailor-made for the occasion. These include the Inter-stylised Four tables and combined with the Masters and Victoria Ghost chairs.

The concept for the room’s design revolves around the themes of love and Milan, aspects which intertwine the history of the two brands from their foundations to the present day.

One of the highlights on show will be the 2011 Inter edition custom edition TRIX sofa. This unique piece of furniture bears the colours of the Nerazzurri and features a football pitch design as well as being signed by the players who won the 2010 World Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi.

This collaboration between Inter and Kartell celebrates the bond between two iconic Milanese brands who are united not only by their ties to the city but also by the sharing of the values of creativity and innovation and a historical heritage which is a product of constant growth and tapping into new influences. The collaboration is also a further crucial step in the development of the Inter brand, which is increasingly finds itself at ease alongsideconnected with the worlds of design and lifestyle and is establishing itself as a global brand which transcends the world of football.
