The event, which involved the European Football for Development Network and many other European clubs, came to a close in Amsterdam

MILAN – "Show Racism the Red Card", a project co-financed by the European Union which teaches youngsters about diversity, has concluded its series of events. Inter Campus played a starring role in the project, alongside clubs such as Chelsea, Benfica, Werder Bremen, Brentford, Rangers, Club Brugge, and Ludogorets.

These teams from different parts of Europe came together for the initiative, united in the fight against racism and discrimination. Inter Campus’s involvement was comparable to their other activities, providing school programmes and working both at grassroots level and in various professional football stadiums.

Thousands of boys and girls were involved who learned the positives of diversity by seeing what their contemporaries had to offer as human beings. Ten schools and over 100 teachers from Italy were enthusiastically involved, underscoring the importance of what was being taught in the classroom sessions.

Overall the event sent out an important message of sport as an educational tool both on and off the pitch. Inter are hugely proud to have been involved in this initiative.
