APPIANO GENTILE - Inter's 2008/09 season gets under way tomorrow at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti.
José Mourinho's players will arrive in the morning for medical tests and a technical meeting, after which they will be free.
Joining the squad will be Francesco Bolzoni (midfielder, born in 1989, 6 appearances for first team), Jonathan Ludovic Biabiany (striker, born in 1988, back from loan spell at Modena, 1 appearance for first team in 2006/07), Andrea Mei (defender, born in 1989, back from loan spell at Chievo Verona after winning Primavera title in 2007) and Davide Santon (defender/midfielder, born in 1991, Italian champion with Allievi Nazionali team, several appearances for Primavera team in 2007/08).
There will be no training sessions on the pitch tomorrow, while Mourinho will hold a press conference at 15:00. Journalists can enter the press room at 14:30, but there will be no admission to photographers.
On Thursday the squad will train twice at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti. The afternoon session will be open to the public and the press, who can enter the training ground at 16:40.
After Friday morning's session the Italian champions will leave for the summer training camp in Brunico in the South Tyrol. The first training session will take place in the sports centre in Riscone on Saturday 19 July.
Pre-season training in the mountains, which includes friendlies against Al-Hilal on 24 July and Bari on 27 July (both matches to kick off at 18:00 at the sports centre in Riscone), will conclude on Sunday 27 July.
Daniele Bernazzani, 45, will be part of Mourinho's staff for the summer training camp in Brunico. The former Inter defender/midfielder, who made 30 appearances for the first team from 1981 to 1986, coached the club's Allievi Nazionali (Under-17) team to the national title last season. An Inter academy coach since 2003, he won the Tim Cup with Inter Primavera in 2005/06.
