PANAMA CITY – "It’s a fantastic feeling. I come from Venezuela and didn’t know anyone when I moved to Panama. But then I met Gabriel Garzon, our vice-president, and we started to talk about creating an Inter Club. Today, this has become reality. We are very happy and proud to have established the first official Inter Club in this country. I now feel at home thanks to the Inter Club family."
This is what Jonathan Giron, president of the newly-founded Inter Club Panama, had to say as he emotionally and proudly recalled how the third Inter Club in Central America came into being (following on from the Inter Clubs already established in Guatemala and Costa Rica). This new Inter Club is the 17th to be founded across the entire American continent and already has around 50 registered members.
