MILAN – The 2019/20 has also kicked off for Armando Madonna’s Primavera side. With the Under-19s awaiting their training camp in Pinzolo, the Coach spoke to Inter TV after the Nerazzurri’s opening training sessions at the Suning Youth Development Centre in Memory of Giacinto Facchetti: "There’s great desire to go again, there’s also a large amount of enthusiasm and a new group to discover. We want to help our lads improve and become a team as soon as possible.
"There’s still a long way to go until our first competitive matches, but this gives us the opportunity to work with our lads and get to know them better," he added. "The friendlies and tournaments will be very important in this regard. We have many young players in our squad and it’ll be interesting to observe things. Some of them will be involved in the Under-18 championship, which is replacing the Berretti this year. The Club considers every competition to be important and there will be a large amount of collaboration between the two teams. At the end of August, we’ll have a better idea of everything, but at the moment it’s important for everyone to try to demonstrate what they can do."
