APPIANO GENTILE - After Pasquale, Martins, Beati and Napolitano, another youth team player has
made his Serie A debut for Cuper's first team.
Nerazzurrini captain Luca Franchini, who made his absolute debut in this season's Coppa Italia, played the second half against Atalanta after coming on for Guly.
"It was such a great emotion. I'm really happy because a dream has come true," revealed Franchini.
"I thank my family and Inter, who taught me to play football. Also, my coaches Verdelli and Cuper deserve special thanks. They are the creators of my joy."
Franchini, 19, added, "I came to Inter when I was eight years old. I've played in this shirt for ten years and I hope to continue for many more to come..."
