Zanetti third in all-time list

Javier Zanetti's appearance against Genoa in midweek was his 417th in the Serie A championship (excluding play-offs). The Argentine defender has reached Sandro Mazzola in third position in Inter's all-time list, and is behind Giacinto Facchetti (475) and Giuseppe Bergomi (519).

Inter unbeaten at home in 18 Serie A matches...

Inter are the only Serie A team yet to lose a home match this season. The Nerazzurri have notched 16 wins and 2 draws at the Meazza in the 17 home league games since their 3-1 loss to Roma on 7 April 2007.

...and on target in 53 consecutive games

Inter have scored in each of their last 53 home matches in Italy's top-flight, netting a total of 123 goals. Inter last failed to score at home in their goalless draw with Reggina on 29 May 2005 - the final matchday of the 2004/05 season.

Fair play Inter

With 51 bookings in 29 rounds of matches, Inter are the most disciplined team taking part in the 2007/08 championship.

Cruz and goals against Buffon, Belardi, Juventus

Julio Cruz, who has scored 98 goals for Italian clubs, has netted more against Gianluigi Buffon and Emanuele Belardi than any other keeper (6 goals). The Argentine striker counts Juventus as his favourite target, with 8 goals against the Bianconeri. Buffon has let in more goals in games against Inter than any other team (28 out of 430).

Del Piero set to make Juve history

Alessandro Del Piero will write a new page in Juventus history if he is selected to play against Inter in Week 30. The Bianconeri striker is one appearance away from equalling Gaetano Scirea's all-time record of 552 competitive matches for the club. Del Piero's 551 appearances are divided as follows: Serie A (359), Serie B (35), Coppa Italia (45), Italian Super Cup (6), European cups (103), European Super Cup (2) and Intercontinental Cup (1). He made his Juventus debut in a 1-1 Serie A draw at Foggia on 12 September 1993.

Juve's 270-minute invicibility

The Bianconeri last conceded a goal 270 competitive minutes ago, when Osavaldo scored in the 90th minute of their 3-2 home defeat to Fiorentina on 2 March 2008. Juve have since kept clean sheets away to Genoa (2-0), at home to Napoli (1-0) and away to Empoli (0-0).

Ranieri's super subs

Juventus have scored more Serie A goals with substitutes this term than any other team. Iaquinta (5), Del Piero (2), Camoranesi (1) and Marchionni (1) have come off the bench to score 9 goals between them.

MILAN - Goals from Mauro German Camoranesi and David Trezeguet gave Juventus a 2-1 victory over Inter in Saturday's 'derby d'Italia'.

The Italian international scored just after the break, with the French forward doubling his team's lead before Maniche set up a dramatic finale with his first goal in black and blue.

The defeat, Inter's first at home in the Serie A since last season's 3-1 loss to Roma, sees Inter's lead cut to four points.

Inter made an attacking start to the Easter fixture but it was Ranieri's men who had the first clear chance to score when Julio Cesar tipped over Del Piero's close-range effort.

Dejan Stankovic headed on to the angle between bar and post as both teams enjoyed pockets of possession in an entertaining first half.

Inter went close again on 34 minutes, Buffon getting down at his left-hand post to parry Chivu's magnificent 30-yard free kick.

The Bianconeri almost had Inter on the back foot in the opening minute of the second half when Julio Cesar made a vital block from Nedved's angled volley.

They did in the 49th, albeit from an offside position when Camoranesi latched on to Chiellini's long ball forward and slid under Julio Cesar.

Mancini threw on Suazo for Jimenez but Juve edged further in front through Trezeguet who fired home from near range after intercepting Burdisso's headed clearance.

Inter's coach introduced Maniche for Cruz, later bringing on Balotelli for Chivu, and it was the Portuguese midfielder who had the greatest impact when he sidefooted home after a brilliant solo run by Maicon.

Maniche could have forced a draw in added time but his poked shot from Stankovic's backheeled through ball came back off the upright.
