Dembélé opened the scoring in the first half, but Inter hit back through Barella and Lautaro after the restart. Lewandowski equalised in the closing stages, but there was still much more to come. Gosens netted the Nerazzurri's third, Lewandowski struck again to make it 3-3 and then Inter had a huge opportunity to win it.
