2025年10月15日，国际米兰足球俱乐部股东大会于今日通过电话会议形式召开，并批准了2024/25财年的财务报表。俱乐部主席朱塞佩-马洛塔及管理层高层出席了会议。
经股东批准的财务报表显示，该财年以3540万欧元的利润收官，与2024年6月30日相比，净增长达7000万欧元。
俱乐部营收达到5.67亿欧元，创下历史新高，比上一赛季增长了9400万欧元。
营收再创新高，实现15年来首次盈利，彰显卓越财务纪律
2024/25赛季的财务报表显示，俱乐部营收达到5.67亿欧元，这是俱乐部历史上的最高纪录，也是意甲联赛在不计入球员交易情况下的新纪录。这一成就主要得益于国内及欧洲赛事的收入增加，以及参加首届国际足联俱乐部世界杯所带来的收益。与此同时，来自赞助和比赛日的商业收入也实现了有机增长。
本财年最终录得3540万欧元的净利润，而上一财年的亏损为3570万欧元，生产价值净增7000万欧元。生产成本略有上升，增长了3.8%，约合1800万欧元，总额达到4.82亿欧元。
偿还债券并签订新贷款协议，支持长期财务稳定
关于集团的财务支出，需要指出的是，在本财年内，Inter Media and Communication S.p.A.（国际米兰媒体与传播有限公司）先前的高级担保债券已全额偿还。随后，国际米兰获得了一笔3.5亿欧元的长期贷款，并取得了投资级的信用评级。与之前的债券相比，此次私募配售的金额和资本成本均有所降低，这体现了俱乐部对实现长期成功和财务稳定的承诺，并巩固了其近期在场内外取得的成就。
