When the programme came to an end in 2018, she joined Ajax's youth academy and was part of the squad that won the 2019/20 league title. After two years there, van Diemen joined Scottish side Glasgow City, making her first move outside the Netherlands. In the summer of 2025, the defender arrived in Italy, joining Roma. During her only season with the Giallorosse, she made twelve appearances across the league, the UEFA Women's Champions League and the Serie A Women's Cup, winning both the Scudetto and the Coppa Italia.
