Inter invincible from 75'-90'

Inter and Juve are the two teams contesting the 2005/06 championship yet to concede a goal in the final fifteen-minute periods of matches, added time included. The positive trend continues from last season, when the Nerazzurri let in just 8 goals in the final quarter-hour periods of Serie A matches (only Udinese and Milan did better, with 6 goals conceded).

No Parma away win since August

Parma have suffered five defeats in as many Serie A away matches this season. Their last positive result on the road was on 21 August, when Gialloblu drew 1-1 with Empoli in the Coppa Italia then beat the Tuscans on penalties. Parma's last away victory was a 1-0 win at Padova in the cup a week earlier. Parma have let in at least one goal in each of their last 15 away matches (total 34 goals).

No Parma pen in 2005/06

Parma and Empoli are the only two teams to have had no penalties for or against after eleven rounds of the 2005/06 Serie A season.

Beretta's Inter memory

Mario Beretta made his coaching debut in ChievoVerona's 2-2 home draw against Inter on 11 September 2004 - the opening day of the 2004/05 season.

November record month for Cruz

Of his 44 goals in matches for Italian clubs, Argentina striker Julio Cruz has scored 7 in November - more than in any other month.

Cruz, Adriano: off the bench and in the net

Six of Inter's twenty league goals this season have been scored by Julio Cruz and Adriano in matches the two strikers came on as substitutes. El Jardinero came off the bench to score twice at Palermo, once at home to Lecce and once away to Lecce. Adriano scored twice against Roma last month. No other team has scored as many goals with substitutes.

MILAN - Inter beat Parma 2-0 at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium on Sunday evening and remain ten points behind Serie A leaders Juventus after twelve matches.

Luis Figo opened his Nerazzurri scoring account and Esteban Cambiasso scored the other as Inter downed the Gialloblu with two second-half goals.

Put through by Veron, Figo advanced several yards then with the outside of his right foot steered the ball past Bucci and into the far corner to give Inter a 68th-minute lead.

Esteban Cambiasso added the second a minute after coming on for Figo. The Argentine midfielder lobbed a stranded Bucci from 20 yards after the Parma keeper ventured off his line to deny Adriano a scoring chance.

Before next weekend's Serie A trip to Messina Inter take on Artmedia Bratislava in Matchday 5 of the Champions League on Wednesday, with just one point needed to qualify for the last sixteen.
