Inter's winning start to the Serie A season came to an end this evening as they fell to their first defeat of the campaign. At San Siro, Sassuolo came from behind to emerge 2-1 winners from a match that the Nerazzurri dominated in the first half before conceding twice after the restart. It's disappointing, especially given the fantastic moves the team put together and the chances they created in the opening period. But following Dumfries' goal on the stroke of half-time, Sassuolo struck back with a quick-fire double at the start of the second half. First, Bajrami's right-footed strike caught out Sommer, who was then beaten by a powerful long-range effort from Berardi.
