In a strange game at the Stadio Olimpico, Inter were forced to settle for a 1-1 draw against Lazio, with the Nerazzurri left to regret not being able to kill off the match at the start of the second half. Antonio Conte's men took the lead through Lautaro Martinez and then Lazio found an equaliser by Milinkovic-Savic, who rose to meet Acerbi’s cross and head the ball past Handanovic. Inter wore the new third kit for the very first time. With crisp black and dark grey stripes, the new jersey includes a central crest and tasteful yellow trim. The words ‘Inter Milano’ are incorporated at the back of the neck, while black shorts and socks complete the kit.
