ROME - Serie A leaders Inter drew 1-1 with Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico but stay four points clear of Roma who held Cagliari by the same scoreline earlier on Saturday evening.

Hernan Crespo sidefooted the Nerazzurri in front on 11 minutes after meeting Maicon's low cross from the right.

Lazio equalised 14 minutes after restart through their captain Tommaso Rocchi, who coolly slotted past Julio Cesar after latching on to Ledesma's through pass.

The Biancocelesti produced chances to secure a seventh straight home win, Julio Cesar tipping Behrami's lob shot on to the bar, before Dabo struck the underside of the bar with a sweet strike from distance.
