Samuel Eto'o got the winner at Stamford Bridge seven years ago in a historic victory for the Nerazzurri

MILAN

- This week's

#ThrowbackThursday

takes us back to a game that all Nerazzurri fans remember with great fondness, as Inter won 1-0 at Chelsea on 16 March 2010.

After the first leg ended 2-1 to the Nerazzurri, Jose Mourinho's side lined up at Stamford Bridge for their UEFA Champions League last 16 tie against Chelsea. It was a massive game, which was settled by a winner from Samuel Eto'o 13 minutes from time to send Inter into the quarter-finals. That was one of the first steps towards lifting the trophy in May as, having already claimed the Scudetto and Coppa Italia, Inter won the treble.
