The Austrian made his first Nerazzurri start this evening: "It wasn't easy, but we gave everything"
BOLOGNA – He started for the very first time in the Nerazzurri shirt and put in an excellent display against Bologna: Valentino Lazaro very much played his part in the Nerazzurri’s 2-1 win at the Dall’Ara and had the following to say to Inter TV after the match: ”It wasn’t easy, but I’m very proud. It was really important to win. I felt comfortable out on the pitch, I tried to give everything to help the team. I haven’t done anything yet, this was just one game.”
It was a difficult match won in the closing stages: “As always, we’ll analyse the match with the Coach to understand where we can improve. There’s a great atmosphere in the changing room, the Coach and staff are helping us a lot. It was a good game and, on a personal level, it was special to play as a starter for a great Club like Inter. I’m focused on working hard and improving, but the team winning is the most important thing.”
