APPIANO GENTILE - Milan Skriniar spoke to Mediaset at the morning’s training session about the Nerazzurri’s fixtures in Italy and Europe in the coming weeks. "Lots of tough games are waiting for us, we’re ready. This is what we’re here for and we want to do well."
On Tuesday, the Slovakian defender could be set to make his first appearance in the Champions League for the Nerazzurri but his focus remains on Saturday’s match with Parma. "I can’t wait to play in Europe for this shirt but we need to only think about the league at the moment and winning in front of our fans. Then we’ll think about Tottenham."
There was then time for a quick look back on the first three matches. "We didn’t do well in Reggio Emilia. Against Torino, we didn’t remain focused for the full 90 minutes after an excellent first half. The win against Bologna was very important, now we’ll move forward like that, taking each game as it comes."
Finally, the defender discussed his personal goals for the season. "I want to bring consistency to the work done last year. The important thing is to help the team because Inter always need to do better. The team is stronger now so we want to achieve significant results."
