#InterOnTour, football fans will arrive at summer tournament matches with greater convenience and ease thanks to Moovit’s collaboration with Inter

SINGAPORE Moovit, the leading Mobility as a Service (MaaS) company and the maker of the world’s #1 urban mobility app will help Inter fans have a smoother journey to the International Champions Cup (ICC), the International Super Cup, and the 2019 bwin Trofeo Naranja matches across Asia and Europe this summer.

Moovit’s free app for Android or iOS has everything you need to travel using public and shared transportation with peace of mind. It offers multi-modal trip planning, step-by-step directions, real-time arrivals for your transit lines and service alerts. By using Moovit on match days both seasoned local riders and international fans can take public transportation and micro-mobility services to the matches and ride with confidence, having the best experience available at their fingertips.

For all five Inter matches, Moovit will provide special instructions on how to travel to the dedicated areas for Inter fans and the main gates of each stadium.

Moovit will also add the stadiums as points of interest on its app, making it easy to search for them in the app’s search bar or on the map, and get step-by-step directions to these locations.

Inter announced the collaboration with Moovit in February 2019, helping local fans arrive with confidence and ease to its European matches, so that they never miss the kick-off.

Inter’s summer of international tournament will begin on Saturday 20 July, when Inter will face Manchester United in Singapore. On Wednesday 24 July, Juventus will be the opponents in Nanjing. Before returning to Europe and London to face Tottenham Hotspur on 4 August, the Nerazzurri will travel to Macau to play a prestigious match against Paris Saint-Germain in the International Super Cup on 27 July. Then, on August 10th, Inter will fly to Spain: In action at the Mestalla, and as part of the hosts Centenary celebrations, the Nerazzurri will face Valencia in the 2019 bwin Trofeo Naranja.

Moovit has extensive experience partnering with major sporting clubs and events as well as cities and municipalities to help people make better use of the different mobility services.

“Whether it’s to save time, bypass auto traffic or avoid paying high parking fees, traveling to large sports events like the International Champions Cup is best done via public transit,” said Moovit Chief Growth & Marketing Officer Yovav Meydad. “However, out-of-town fans or others who don’t routinely ride transit can become perplexed when deciphering the best route. Moovit removes the guesswork. By partnering with Moovit, Inter is helping their fans arrive to the matches in the quickest way so they have more time to enjoy them, and less time worrying about how to get there.”

“Moovit is the biggest urban mobility app and the leading Mobility as a Service (MaaS) company in the world with more than 480 million users in 91 countries”, Meydad added. Our mission is to simplify urban mobility by providing innovative solutions for consumers, cities, municipalities, and transport operators. With more people favoring public and shared transportation services our cities will become less congested, safer, and greener.”
