Vrsaljko: "We're improving every day"

APPIANO GENTILE - Speaking exclusively to Sky Sport today, Sime Vrsaljko today discussed the Nerazzurri’s current form and also their ambitions for the season:

“I am very happy with how everything is going. I feel truly settled in Italy, particularly with these teammates. We are improving day by day, even as individuals, and we can develop all aspects of our game. We play good football and we must try to win all of our matches. We must get out the group in the Champions League and then see where we finish.

“The league is still very open. We recovered well after a difficult start, playing good football. I think that the Coach is someone that wants us to play all matches by keeping hold of the ball and building from the back, even against Barcelona. We’re training well and we are all ready.

“We know that we’re a strong side, but there is still a long way to go this season so we have to take each game as they come and then see where we end up.”
