Primavera 1 TIM, the Nerazzurri's season set to begin

MILAN – The Primavera 1 TIM season is set to begin: tomorrow, the Nerazzurri will host Sampdoria at the Stadio Breda at 13:00 CEST. On the eve of the clash, Fabio Cortinovis and Nicola Beati, the latter of whom will be Armando Madonna’s assistant coach this year, spoke to Inter TV at the Suning Youth Development Centre:

Cortinovis: “It wasn’t easy getting back to work after the lockdown period, but we’re ready and convinced that we can do well. We have very good qualities, and the friendlies we’ve played have been useful. We’ll need to give 120% against Sampdoria tomorrow.”

Beati: "For me, it’s a bit like returning home again, even if I performed the role of technical assistant with the Primavera last year. Our preparations have gone well, the lads have no problems with putting in the hard work and we’re in good shape. It’s just the beginning for us, we’re a young team that has plenty of room to improve and the potential to be successful. We expect to constantly improve over the course of the season.”
