After their 2-0 win against Venezia, Inter end the month of November with 31 points in the league and having qualified for the Champions League round of 16. In the five matches played by Simone Inzaghi's team, they registered four wins and one draw. The Nerazzurri kicked off the month with a 3-1 win over Sheriff Tiraspol thanks to goals from Marcelo Brozovic, Milan Skriniar and Alexis Sanchez. Then there was the 1-1 draw in the #DerbyMilano with a goal from Hakan Calhanoglu, followed by a splendid 3-2 victory against Napoli, with the Turkish midfielder again scoring to make the game 1-1, followed by goals from Ivan Perisic and Lautaro Martinez. In the penultimate match of the month, Inter took the field at San Siro for their fifth Champions League Group D match, against Shakhtar, picking up a crucial victory that allowed Inzaghi's team to qualify for the round of 16 of the competition with one game to spare; Edin Dzeko's double decided the match. November was rounded off by Saturday’s win against Venezia, opened by Calhanoglu's third goal in as many games and finished off by Lautaro in the dying minutes.
