CAN I BRING A FLAG OR BANNER TO THE STADIUM?
Yes. Small flags, banners and posters are permitted provided they do not exceed 2 meters x 1.5 meters (78 inches x 60 inches) and must be made of a low-flammable material.
HOW CAN I REQUEST APPROVAL FOR AN OVERSIZED BANNER OR FLAG?
Requests to bring fan material into the stadium can be made on the FIFA Fan Materials Portal and must be placed at least 5 days before the kickoff to the match.
WHAT KIND OF FLAGS AND BANNERS ARE PROHIBITED?
Items of a political, offensive, sexual, discriminatory or promotional and commercial nature are strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion from the stadium.
THE ALLOWABLE DIMENSIONS FOR FLAGPOLES.
Flagpoles, pom-pom shakers with handles, and banner poles are not allowed, except for flexible or double poles made of non-flammable plastic, no longer than 1 meter (39 inches) and no thicker than 1 cm (0.39 inches), and deemed safe by Event Organizers.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I GET TO THE STADIUM?
All flags, banners, and posters must be inspected at the stadium entrance. Fans with approved large banners should arrive at least 2.5 hours before kickoff to allow sufficient time for inspection and approval. They may enter the stadium 2 hours before kickoff. Banners that exceed the approved size or differ from the approved submission will not be allowed.
ARE ACCESSORIES SUCH AS FLAGPOLES, POM - POMS AND HANDLES ALLOWED?

ARE THERE ANY IN - STADIUM POLICIES OR RESTRICTIONS?
Flags, banners, or posters should not be attached to stadium structures, cover CCTV cameras or air conditioning, or placed on the pitch-side perimeter walls (unless approved by Event Organizers). They should only be used in a festive and friendly manner.
