MILAN – Inter’s first game after the international break will be the Derby against Milan. It will be the 173rd time that the two teams have met in Serie A. After the first three matchdays, Inter are riding high in the league with two wins and a draw. The Rossoneri, meanwhile, have three wins to their name.

As previously mentioned, the Derby will be the 173rd time Inter and AC Milan have met in Serie A, with the Nerazzurri’s record against their cross-city rivals reading as follows: 66 wins, 55 draws, 51 defeats. Inter have a very good recent record against Milan, winning all of the last four meetings between the sides. The upcoming match will be the 87th time the teams have faced each other in the league with Inter as the home team: the Nerazzurri have won 33 times compared to Milan’s 23 victories. There have been 30 draws.

TRIVIA: THE BROZOVIC-LUKAKU DUO

Last season, Marcelo Brozovic and Romelu Lukaku scored in both Derby fixtures (2-0 and 4-2 victories for Inter).
