Inter fans are currently voting for their Man of the Match from Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Sampdoria at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in a poll being run on the club’s main Twitter page.
Federico Dimarco and Lautaro Martinez scored the goals for the Nerazzurri in the Serie A Week 3 clash.
The four nominees are as follows:
Dimarco | That masterful free-kick to give Inter a 1-0 lead was Dimarco’s first goal for the Nerazzurri and made him the first Italian Inter defender to score on their first Serie A start since the start of the three-point era.
Martinez | It was the Argentine who scored to restore Inter’s lead at the end of the first half, meaning he has now scoring in three consecutive Serie A games for the second time in his career (the first was in October 2020).
Barella | The man at the heart of the brilliant move that led to an assist for Martinez, Barella is the first Inter player to make an assist in each of the first three games of the Serie A season since the 2004/05 campaign.
D’Ambrosio | It was a hard-working performance from D’Ambrosio, who produced a precious goal-line clearance to deny Damsgaard.
