SEGUICI SU INSTAGRAMWOMEN'S CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
È iniziata con una vittoria la prima, storica avventura dell'Inter Women nella Fase Campionato della UEFA Women's Champions League, la massima competizione europea per club a livello femminile. L'esordio assoluto delle nerazzurre, che si è giocato allo stadio Brianteo di Monza, la squadra di David Sassarini ha vinto per 1-0 contro l'Häcken, formazione svedese campione nazionale in carica e detentrice della UEFA Women's Europa Cup. La sfida è stata decisa da un gol di Haley Bugeja, che è diventata la prima marcatrice nella storia dell'Inter nella Women's Champions League.
L'Inter tornerà molto presto a giocare in Europa: la prossima partita della League Phase è in programma giovedì 1 ottobre alle 18:45 in casa dell'Austria Vienna. In seguito le nerazzurre affronteranno l'OL Lyonnes in Francia prima di tornare a giocare la Women's Champions League in casa: l'appuntamento da non perdere è previsto per le ore 21:00 di martedì 10 novembre, quando allo stadio Brianteo di Monza arriverà il Manchester City. Sarà una serata piena di emozioni, come solo le notti europee possono regalare: tutti i tifosi nerazzurri sono invitati a sostenere la squadra di Sassarini per una partita importante e ricca di fascino.
