SELECTION PROCESS

Our selection process is made to get to know you better and to offer you the opportunity to discover FC Internazionale Milano up close. We will begin by looking at your CV and, if your application is considered suitable, we will proceed with a first introductory telephone call; if this goes well, you could be invited for an in-person interview at our HQ. It will be the chance to go into detail about your journey, valuing your skills and informing you about the company and the values that guide the Nerazzurri family everyday.

We pay attention to all of people’s life experiences, focusing on skills, ability, and technical skills developed. We also value work approach, social skills and the ability to contribute to team success on a day-to-day basis. Passions and goals are equally important. We are convinced that our strengths don’t only reside in technical skills, but also in self-motivation and self-belief.
