GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SEASON TICKETS FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON

1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 The season ticket (the “Season Ticket”) is personal and non-transferable. The Season Ticket holder is the individual (not holding a VAT number) who, after proper identification and signature of the season ticket contract, is issued the season ticket (the “Holder”). Legal entities and individuals acting within the scope of their business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity may not be issued a Season Ticket. The issuance of the Season Ticket is subject to viewing and accepting these general terms and conditions (the “Terms”), the “Code of Conduct” for accessing football events (the “Code of Conduct”) issued by F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. (“F.C. Inter”), and the “Giuseppe Meazza” Stadium Use Regulations (the “Stadium”), available in their most updated versions at www.inter.it. Compliance with the Stadium Use Regulations is essential for entering and remaining in the Stadium. Entry and stay within the Stadium area also imply acceptance of the regulations issued by FIFA, UEFA, F.I.G.C., Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A (“Lega Calcio”), and public safety authorities. 1.2. Issuance of the Season Ticket is subject to holding the “Siamo Noi” card. The regulations and terms of use of the “Siamo Noi” card are available at www.inter.it

2. LINK TO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM – POINTS TO ACCESS CERTAIN BENEFITS 2.1. F.C. Inter has launched a loyalty program called “Interista”, aimed at rewarding loyal fans who demonstrate commitment to Inter (the “Loyalty Program”). The Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program are available at https://www.inter.it/it/interista-area-legale and will be supplemented, from time to time and with appropriate advance notice, by the specific terms of each promotion launched within the Loyalty Program. 2.2. The reward system of the Loyalty Program is based, among other things, on awarding points to fans who perform specific actions, as defined in the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. The points accumulated by each member of the Loyalty Program will be visible in their personal profile. 2.3. More points obtained by a member of the Loyalty Program correspond to more benefits. The Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program, and the specific terms for each promotion that will be timely published by F.C. Inter, detail the actions to earn points and the rules for converting points into benefits.

3. RELEVANCE OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR THE CURRENT SEASON TICKET GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CERTAIN BENEFITS DEPEND ON A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF POINTS 3.1. Simply obtaining a Season Ticket earns the consumer points within the Loyalty Program (provided the Season Ticket Holder is a Loyalty Program member), and the number of points depends on the type of Season Ticket purchased. A PLUS Season Ticket earns more points than a BASE Season Ticket, and a FULL Season Ticket earns more points than a PLUS. 3.2. Certain benefits and entitlements previously granted to Season Ticket Holders in past seasons, and governed by the general terms and conditions of the time, are now awarded based on the points accumulated by each individual holder within the framework of the Loyalty Program, as specified in these Terms and Conditions. 3.3 Participation in the Loyalty Program is optional, but not enrolling will prevent the Holder from accessing certain benefits and entitlements for the Season Ticket Holders.

4. GENERAL FEATURES OF THE SEASON TICKET 4.1. Each Season Ticket can be purchased at www.inter.it and at sales points authorized by F.C. Inter (listed on the website www.inter.it), following the procedures established by F.C. Inter. A receipt confirming the purchase and including seat details will be issued to the Holder upon payment.4.2. The Season Ticket is strictly personal and may not be transferred to others unless expressly allowed in these Terms and/or without prior authorization from F.C. Inter, except as required by applicable law. 4.3. Unless otherwise provided herein, the Holder undertakes to: a) not allow use of the Season Ticket by individuals banned from entering sports venues (and/or purchasing the related access titles); b) not use the Season Ticket for commercial, speculative, and/or resale purposes (even mere offering to third parties will be considered such use, even if the concrete resale did not occur); and c) not resell the seat or transfer the access title to third parties, including through online platforms engaged in secondary ticketing activities (including offers of access titles as part of an offer of services and/or complementary products, even within paid heterogeneous packages for individual events), except in cases expressly provided for and authorized by F.C. Inter. 4.4. The procedures for the issuance of the Season Ticket can be consulted at www.inter.it, in the dedicated section.

5. TYPES OF SEASON TICKETS – SUMMARY TABLE 5.1. It is possible to purchase different types of Season Tickets, which vary according to the features of the services they allow access to. The following types of Season Tickets are available: (i) BASE Season Ticket, which provides the lowest number of benefits; (ii) PLUS Season Ticket, which provides an intermediate number of benefits; (iii) FULL Season Ticket, which provides the highest number of benefits. 5.2 Without prejudice to the provisions set out in the individual sections of these Terms and Conditions, the table below summarizes the benefits associated with each type of Season Ticket.

1) In all cases, seat confirmation is not available for League Phase matches of U.E.F.A. Champions League 2) 4 Serie A Big Matches and 16 additional matches included in the Season Ticket, at the discretion of F.C. Inter. 3) From the 25-26 season, a fee is required for each User Change. User Change is not allowed for Big Matches. 4) This benefit is conditional on holding a FULL Season Ticket and being enrolled in the Loyalty Program. 5) This benefit is conditional on holding a valid Season Ticket, being enrolled in the Loyalty Program, and having personally attended at least 8 (even non-consecutive) matches at the Stadium.

6. MATCHES INCLUDED IN THE SEASON TICKET 6.1. The Season Ticket entitles the Holder to attend exclusively the official home matches of F.C. Inter’s men’s first team, played during the relevant sports season at the Stadium, in the assigned sector, row, and seat, in accordance with the match schedule – dates, times, and locations – set by the competition organizer, and subject to changes, regardless of the reason for such changes, as provided for in this article.

6.2. In case of loss, misplacement, theft, or removal of the Season Ticket, the Holder is required to promptly file a report with the competent authorities. The Holder may request the issuance of a new Season Ticket by presenting, at one of the authorized sales points or through the www.inter.it website, the report of loss, misplacement, theft, or removal of the Season Ticket, along with the related purchase receipt. The Holder is hereby informed that, in cases provided for by law (including for public order reasons), they may not be entitled to receive a duplicate of the Season Ticket or an equivalent access title, nor shall they be entitled to any refund.

6.3. The Holder shall be entitled to receive a refund for the unused portion of the Season Ticket solely in the event that the failure to use it results from one of the following circumstances:

(a) closure of the Stadium sector where the Holder’s seat is located (unless F.C. Inter provides the Holder with a replacement access title to attend the match in another sector of the Stadium);

(b) disqualification of the Stadium, with the match being played in a different stadium (unless the Holder has requested and obtained from F.C. Inter the issuance of a replacement access title to attend the match in the other stadium);

(c) match played at the Stadium behind closed doors;

(d) match that cannot be played or completed due to public order reasons, force majeure and/or unforeseeable circumstances, including as a result of adverse weather conditions or the issuance of measures and/or orders by the relevant bodies and authorities (unless the Holder has requested and obtained from F.C. Inter the issuance of a replacement access title to attend the rescheduled event),

it being understood, however, that the Holder shall not be entitled to a refund of the relevant portion of the Season Ticket in the event that the above circumstances are due to decisions by the competent authorities resulting from conducts attributable to the Holder, including by way of participation (such as, by way of example and without limitation, acts of violence or racism, in any form or expression, the use of explosives, weapons or other blunt and/or dangerous objects), which give rise to the strict liability of F.C. Inter (also pursuant to the Sports Justice Code of the Italian Football Federation).

6.4 In any case, compensation for different or additional damages is excluded, except in the event of wilful misconduct or culpable non-performance by F.C. Inter.

6.5 F.C. Inter may assign the Holder a seat different from the one indicated on the Season Ticket for reasons of force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, public order and safety, ongoing construction works, by order of the Public Security Authorities, the Lega Calcio, the National Observatory on Sporting Events, CASMS or any other competent body, or due to amendments to Federal Regulations. In such cases, the assigned seat must be of equal or greater value than the one purchased (unless a seat with such characteristics is unavailable).

6.6 The Season Ticket shall be granted to the Holder on a loan-for-use basis, while ownership shall remain with F.C. Inter. The Holder is designated as the custodian of the Season Ticket entrusted to them and is responsible for all consequences arising from its use by third parties.

6.7 F.C. Inter may apply price reductions on the Season Ticket for certain categories of individuals and/or for specific sectors of the Stadium. The specific categories of individuals, the criteria for price reductions, and the methods of application will be announced by F.C. Inter through authorized communication channels and will also be available at www.inter.it.

6.8 Due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, public order, safety, renovation works, or provisions issued by Lega Calcio and/or other competent bodies or authorities, or amendments to Federal Regulations, certain sectors of the Stadium may be unavailable for Season Ticket allocation. 6.9 Season Tickets for sectors 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, and 220 do not include access to the F.C. Inter vs. A.C. Milan match (and, therefore, shall only be valid for the other official home matches played as part of the Serie A Championship during the relevant sports season at the Stadium by F.C. Inter’s men’s first team, excluding the F.C. Inter vs. A.C. Milan match).

6.10 MATCHES INCLUDED IN THE BASE SEASON TICKET: Holders of BASE Season Tickets are entitled to attend exclusively the official home matches of F.C. Inter’s men’s first team, played as part of the Serie A Championship during the relevant sports season at the Stadium, without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding Article 6.9.

6.11 MATCHES INCLUDED IN THE PLUS SEASON TICKET: Holders of PLUS Season Tickets are entitled to attend exclusively the official home matches of F.C. Inter’s men’s first team, played as part of the Serie A Championship during the relevant sports season at the Stadium, without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding Article 6.9.

6.12 MATCHES INCLUDED IN THE FULL SEASON TICKET: Holders of FULL Season Tickets are entitled to attend the official home matches of F.C. Inter’s men’s first team played as part of the Serie A Championship, the League Phase of the U.E.F.A. Champions League, and the Round of 16 of the Coppa Italia during the relevant sports season at the Stadium, without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding Article 6.9.

7. SEAT CONFIRMATION

7.1 Each Season Ticket grants the right to confirm one's own seat for official matches not included in the scope of the relevant Season Ticket, regardless of participation in the Loyalty Program, without prejudice to the provisions of the following Article 7.2. 7.2. In any case, Holders of BASE and PLUS Season Tickets shall not be entitled to seat confirmation for matches of the League Phase of the U.E.F.A. Champions League.

8. RESALE PROCEDURE

8.1 In relation to individual home matches referred to in the preceding Article 6, Season Ticket Holders shall have the option to activate the resale procedure of their access title, available online at www.inter.it (the “Resale Procedure”), in accordance with these Terms. The Resale Procedure shall be active no later than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the start of the match to which the access title pertains and shall remain accessible until 25 (twenty-five) hours before the start of the same match. 8.2 Upon completion of the activation phase of the Resale Procedure by the Holder, the Holder waives their access title and simultaneously gives express consent for F.C. Inter to put the access title up for sale, through its official sales channels, for the match in the sector, row, and seat assigned to the Holder under the Season Ticket. 8.3 The sale price shall be determined by F.C. Inter at the time of sale, in accordance with the prices applied through its official sales channels for tickets in the same sector at the time of sale. Consequently, the Holder acknowledges and accepts that the actual price at which the access title will be sold to third parties may differ (either higher or lower) from the price in effect for tickets in the same sector at the time the Holder completes the activation phase of the Resale Procedure.

8.4 In the event that the sale of the access title by F.C. Inter is successfully completed, the Holder shall be granted a credit equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the sale price at which F.C. Inter sold the access title (the “Credit” and, collectively, the “Credits”).

8.5 The Credit shall be available in the Holder’s personal account page within 10 (ten) days from the end of the match to which the access title subject to the completed Resale Procedure referred, and may be used by the Holder, also cumulatively with other Credits accrued by the Holder under this procedure, by 31 December 2026 (i) to purchase tickets online through the website www.inter.it or, alternatively, (ii) to renew the Season Ticket for the following sports season. It is understood that:

a) after 31 December 2026, the Credit shall be cancelled and can no longer be used by the Holder; b) the Credit is not convertible into cash and, as specified above, may not be used for purchases other than tickets bought online through the website www.inter.it or, alternatively, for the renewal of the Season Ticket for the following sports season.

8.6 It is further understood that, upon completion of the activation phase of the Resale Procedure by the Holder, F.C. Inter undertakes exclusively to put the access title subject to the Resale Procedure up for sale through its official sales channels as soon as possible and without any obligation to do so simultaneously. Under no circumstances does F.C. Inter guarantee the actual resale of the access title.

8.7. It is also understood that, if the access title is not sold within 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the start of the match, by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the match, the Holder shall regain possession of the access title, which may, at the Holder’s discretion, either be used by the Holder to attend the match to which the access title pertains or be subject to the User Change procedure, where applicable.

8.8. After 24 (twenty-four) hours have elapsed from the completion of the Resale Procedure, and only in the event that the access title previously submitted to the Resale Procedure has not yet been resold by F.C. Inter, the Holder may exercise the right of reconsideration and recover availability of their access title, with respect to which they may exercise all rights granted under the Season Ticket (including the right to activate a new Resale Procedure).

8.9 RESALE PROCEDURE – BASE SEASON TICKET: Holders of BASE Season Tickets are EXCLUDED from the Resale Procedure

8.10 RESALE PROCEDURE – PLUS SEASON TICKET: Holders of PLUS Season Tickets may access the Resale Procedure solely and exclusively for Big Matches. “Big Matches” are defined as matches against AC Milan, Juventus FC, AS Roma, and SSC Napoli.

8.11 RESALE PROCEDURE – FULL SEASON TICKET: Holders of FULL Season Tickets may access the Resale Procedure for up to 20 (twenty) matches included in the purchased Season Ticket. Activation is guaranteed for all Serie A Big Matches and for an additional 16 (sixteen) matches included in the Season Ticket, at the discretion of F.C. Inter.

9. USER CHANGE

9.1 In relation to individual home matches referred to in the preceding Article 6, the Holder shall have the option to transfer their access title to third parties through the name change procedure available online at www.inter.it (the “User Change”), it being expressly understood, in any case, that:

a) the User Change procedure is only permitted if carried out in favor of a person who holds the “Siamo Noi” card and has the same entitlements. Through the User Change, it is not possible to request an upgrade to a higher price category, from a reduced ticket to a full-price one, or to a different seat, not even by paying the difference;

b) the User Change may be carried out only for the selected match and is in any case subject to any limitations that may be imposed, including for individual matches, by the public security authorities;

c) it is mandatory to follow the instructions set out in the confirmation form issued at the end of the procedure, which must be printed and presented at the time of entry to the Stadium, together with the “Siamo Noi” card. Upon entry to the Stadium, the new user must present both their own “Siamo Noi” card, and the printed confirmation of the name change generated from the website www.inter.it;

d) the User Change is subject to payment of a fee in order to complete the procedure (the “User Change Fee”). The User Change Fee must be paid for each User Change. The amount of the User Change Fee varies depending on the type of Season Ticket, as provided in the following articles and summarized in the table in Article 5.2 above;

e) without prejudice to the above, the User Change is in any case excluded, regardless of the type of Season Ticket, for all Holders of Season Tickets in sectors 239, 240, 241, 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254.

9.2 USER CHANGE – BASE SEASON TICKET: In the case of a BASE Season Ticket, the amount of the User Change Fee due for each User Change is €20 (twenty euro). The User Change is excluded for Big Matches. 9.3 USER CHANGE – PLUS SEASON TICKET: In the case of a PLUS Season Ticket, the amount of the User Change Fee due for each User Change is €15 (fifteen euro). The User Change is excluded for Big Matches. 9.4 USER CHANGE – FULL SEASON TICKET: In the case of a FULL Season Ticket, the amount of the User Change Fee due for each User Change is € 10 (ten euro). The User Change is excluded for Big Matches.

10. MERCHANDISING DISCOUNT 10.1 The BASE Season Ticket grants the Holder – for the sports season during which the Season Ticket is valid – the right to a 10% (ten percent) discount on official F.C. Inter merchandise sold through the online store accessible at www.store.inter.it.

10.2 The PLUS Season Ticket grants the Holder – for the sports season during which the Season Ticket is valid – the right to a 10% (ten percent) discount on official F.C. Inter merchandise sold through the online store accessible at www.store.inter.it.

10.3 The FULL Season Ticket grants the Holder – for the sports season during which the Season Ticket is valid – the right to a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on official F.C. Inter merchandise sold through the online store accessible at www.store.inter.it.

11. EARLY SALES FOR THE PURCHASE OF EXTRA TICKETS FOR BIG MATCHES

11.1 The dedicated window refers to the potential purchase of extra tickets for Big Matches, relating to seats other than (and therefore in addition to) those included in the owned Season Ticket. This benefit is therefore different from the SEAT CONFIRMATION option, governed by Article 7 above.

11.2 Holders of the FULL Season Ticket who are also enrolled in the Loyalty Program are guaranteed access to this benefit.

12. SEASON TICKET RENEWAL FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON

12.1 F.C. Inter will grant holders for the 2025/2026 sports season a right of first refusal for the purchase of the Season Ticket for the following sports season, regardless of the type of Season Ticket previously purchased. In particular, the right of first refusal will consist in a dedicated purchase window and will be granted to the Season Ticket holder who simultaneously meets the following conditions:

a) is duly enrolled in the Loyalty Program; b) has accessed the Stadium, using their Season Ticket personally (not via the User Change procedure), at least 8 (eight) times, even if non-consecutive. The minimum of 8 accesses to the Stadium applies to all types of Season Tickets and will be counted within each holder’s personal profile in the Loyalty Program.

12.2 F.C. Inter reserves the exclusive right to deny the renewal to individuals who fall within the circumstances indicated in the following Article 13, and to suspend it subject to prior notice to the season ticket holders.

13. UNFAIR CONDUCTS

13.1 Any abuse and/or fraudulent use of the Season Ticket shall result in the immediate withdrawal and/or blocking of the ticket itself and/or the cancellation of any Credits accrued pursuant to Article 8 above. The Season Ticket may be withdrawn, cancelled, blocked, or its use temporarily or permanently prohibited, at any time, in the cases provided for by law and/or under these Terms.

13.2 By way of example and without limitation, the following shall be considered abuses for the purposes of the above:

(a) failure to pay, in whole or in part, or fraudulent payment of the Season Ticket (e.g., payment made by or on behalf of an unauthorized person); (b) use of the Season Ticket for counterfeiting purposes or the issuances of unauthorized duplicates; (c) accessing or attempting to access a sector other than the one indicated on the Season Ticket, unless expressly authorized by F.C. Inter; (d) use or attempted use of a single Season Ticket by more than one person; (e) falsity or incompleteness of the data provided at the time of entering into the Season Ticket; (f) purchase of the Season Ticket (or any other access title to the Stadium) from vendors not authorized by F.C. Inter; and/or (g) purchase of the Season Ticket (or any other access title to the Stadium) while subject to a sanction imposed by F.C. Inter which, at the time of purchase, prohibited the Holder from acquiring it.

13.3 F.C. Inter also reserves the unappealable right to withdraw and/or block and/or not renew the Season Ticket in the event of: (a) unlawful conduct, contrary to law, public order, or public decency; (b) acts of violence and/or racism, in any form and/or expression, against people and/or property; (c) any administrative or judicial measure imposing a ban from stadiums, or an order of exclusion and/or removal from stadiums issued against the holder; (d) any other restrictive measure by any Authority that, in any way, prohibits the holder from participating in public gatherings; (e) standing or lingering along evacuation routes, stairways, or emergency exits, or any other behaviour intended to obstruct the movement of spectators and security personnel, or the proper evacuation of those present; (f) bringing into the Stadium explosive materials, weapons, objects capable of causing harm, bottles, cans, and other blunt and/or dangerous objects; (g) any behaviour that, at the sole discretion of F.C. Inter, may be deemed to circumvent or violate these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or the Stadium Use Regulations.

14. CODE OF CONDUCT

14.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding Article 13, the Holder acknowledges and expressly accepts that F.C. Inter, in compliance with the Code of Conduct, may carry out verification and monitoring activities with respect to the Holder in order to prevent and sanction certain conduct prohibited by the Code of Conduct itself. Furthermore, the Holder expressly acknowledges and accepts that the sanctions provided for by the Code of Conduct may include, by way of example and without limitation, removal from ongoing matches and/or prohibition from purchasing tickets and season tickets or from using tickets and season tickets already purchased (without thereby being entitled to any refund), for up to a maximum of five sports seasons, under the terms and procedures set out in the Code of Conduct.

14.2 The Code of Conduct, in its current version, is available at www.inter.it.

15. FINAL PROVISION

15.1 In the cases provided for under Articles 13 and 14, F.C. Inter shall have the right to retain, as a penalty, the amount paid for the Season Ticket in relation to the matches not attended.

15.2 At the time of issuance of the Season Ticket, the Holder must provide their personal data by presenting a valid identity document, so that F.C. Inter and the companies it controls and/or is affiliated with pursuant to Article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code may use such personal data for the following purposes: (a) to fulfil obligations related to the Season Ticket; and (b) for administrative and accounting purposes. If such data is not provided for the aforementioned purposes, the Season Ticket cannot be issued.

15.3 The Holder shall be fully liable for any damage caused by them to any part of the Stadium, to the staff, to the athletes on the field and on the sidelines and/or to third parties present on the field and in any case inside the Stadium. Entry to the Stadium is permitted only upon presentation of a valid identity document. 15.4 Since this is a supply of leisure-related services pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the “Consumer Code”), the Holder is not entitled to the right of withdrawal under Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code.

15.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and by the Federal Regulations. Any dispute relating to the formation, conclusion, interpretation, execution, or termination of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Holder’s place of residence or elected domicile.

15.6 F.C. Inter has adopted a Code of Ethics, as well as organizational models and other compliance documentation, available at https://www.inter.it/it/codice-etico, which summarize the behavioural principles guiding F.C. Inter’s activities. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Holder agrees to comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics as well as the aforementioned compliance documentation and, where applicable, with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
