Inter kicked off their Internazionale Summer Tour with a penalty shootout victory over Manchester City in Hong Kong. It was an entertaining and fast-paced match, with both goals coming in the first 20 minutes. Mubama put City ahead in the 14th minute before Pavard equalised six minutes later from a Dimarco assist. After 90 minutes the score was 1-1, but the Nerazzurri came out victorious in the shootout, with Lavelli converting the decisive penalty to secure the first win of the Asia Tour for Chivu’s squad.
