Inter’s first pre-season friendly ended with their first win, coming from behind to beat Karlsruher SC at the BBBank Wildpark. The Nerazzurri produced an encouraging performance, stood up well physically to the Germans’ intensity and created plenty of chances after Civeja’s 50th-minute opener. The turnaround came in stoppage time thanks to a magnificent brace from Andy Diouf, who flipped the game on its head with two moments of brilliance in the space of three minutes.
