International day of sport for development and peace
Ahead of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, which takes place annually on 6 April, Inter organised We Are Sport, a morning dedicated to highlighting the power of sport to change the world, strengthen social ties and promote personal growth through discipline, respect and solidarity. The initiative, which took place today at the KONAMI Youth Development Centre in Memory of Giacinto Facchetti, involved athletes with different disabilities but all united by their passion for football. They included players from Asd Sporting 4E, the Special team that wears the Nerazzurri jersey in the FIGC football division, athletes from the BebeVio Academy, as well as young para-footballers from various other local organisations. A few players from Inter's Elite Academy took to the pitch with them.
