150 Inter appearances for Denzel Dumfires

Denzel Dumfries has already made 150 appearances for Inter as he featured in the clash at the Olimpico against Lazio, but his 148th match will only be counted when the match against Fiorentina, scheduled for a later date, is played. Therefore, he has officially reached this milestone in the match against Udinese.

Energy, physical strength and never ending running are just some of the qualities that Denzel Dumfries has show during his two seasons with Inter. After arriving in the summer of 2021, Denzel has grown a lot during his time at Inter, as well as becoming a fundamental player for Simone Inzaghi's tactics. In the Coppa Italia clash against Udinese, the Dutch full-back reached this prestigious milestone, recording his 150th appearance in the Inter shirt.

Since his arrival to Milan int he summer of 2021, Denzel has grown lots as a player and as a man, constantly raising his playing standards with personality and unmatched application. His first goal for Inter came in the clash against Roma at the Olimpico in December 2021, with header from an Alessandro Bastoni cross: a very similar action of play to the goal that helped him score Inter's fourth goal against Lazio on the most recent league matchday, in the same goal as three years ago. His first year ended with 45 appearances and five goals, contributing to the triumphs in the Supercoppa Italiana and Coppa Italia, the first trophies for Dumfries in his Inter career.

In his second season, which ended with the Champions League final in Istanbul: a year that laid the foundation for the extraordinary journey of the past season, culminating in the third Supercoppa Italiana, the 20th Scudetto and the Second Star: a victory which featured, among many key players, Denzel, loved and adored by Inter fans for the effort shown on the pitch on every occasion. In total, Dumfries has made 110 appearances in Serie A, 10 in Coppa Italia, 29 in European Competitions and one in the Supercoppa, scoring 14 goals for Inter.
