A decade of international success saw the expansion of Inter Clubs in Italy and abroad

MILAN – The '90s saw the rise of the internet and mobile phones, the end of typewriters and the expansion of Inter Clubs in Italy and abroad.

The Nerazzurri claimed three UEFA Cup crowns in what was a highly successful decade on the international front and a historic moment in club history as the Moratti family returned to the helm, Massimo Moratti becoming president of F.C. Internazionale Milano in 1995.

Meanwhile a host of world-class players, such as Ballon d'Or winner Lothar Matthaus, graced the San Siro turf.

One of the many new Inter Clubs set up in the '90s was Inter Club Bisceglie, in Puglia.

Club secretary Antonio Rossi explains: “The club was founded on 17 February 1992 when 13 besotted Nerazzurri fans got together and signed the statute. Among them was current president Pasquale Stripoli. Vice president Leo di Liddo and I have worked with him over the years to bring ever greater numbers of fans to the club and we now have five under-25s on the club's board to ensure the faith is handed down to the next generations."

The Inter Club family is spread far and wide: you can support Inter wherever you are and do it with like-minded fans by joining an Inter Club near you!
